Please submit Visa Request Form to get necessary papers for your visa acquisition.

Attendees from China, Russia, CIS countries, Georgia, Philippines and some other countries are required to get a valid visa to enter Japan. Please make sure to check your qualification here.

Due to the complicated procedure of visa acquisition, which often takes about 1 month, we can only accept Visa Request Form until June 20th, 2018. Form sent later than that date (JST) will not be guaranteed.

Pleaase also note that the VISA will be only valid after three month of the issued date.

It is strongly recommended to submit the form as early as possible.
